FAQ

What do I need to know before my booking?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking start time. There is a safety briefing and some prep time beforehand, as the session start time is the exact start time.

Late arrivals will miss out on the session.

Enclosed shoes are necessary.

Booking Payments and Refunds

Standard open (public) session bookings are non-refundable, as they are tickets to a timed session and therefore prevents others from participating.

Party and venue hires require a non-refundable deposit to lock it in, and then full payment within 2 weeks of the booking date. Within that fortnight, no reductions, cancellations, or rescheduling is allowed. You may add extra sessions and/or guests if space permits.
